Description
The NPG Scholarship Essay Contest is available to high school seniors and college freshmen, sophomores and juniors. You must submit an essay of 500- to 750-words answering the following question: Many people believe that our nation is already greatly overpopulated with regards to our limited natural resources and fragile environment. Do you agree that Congress should create a National Population Policy? If so, what would you recommend as its chief goals? If not, how do you propose we solve this problem?
